Having worked at Res for over 13 years, I began my journey as a Project Coordinator before progressing into team management and ultimately stepping into my current role as HR Business Partner. Throughout my time here I've had the privilege of working closely with teams across the business - an experience that continues to challenge, excite and inspire me every day.   

Res is fast paced, ambitious and just the right amount of unconventional. I'm constantly amazed by what our team achieve, and proud to support a team that thrives on collaboration, innovation and shared drive to make a difference.
