I lead our project management and operations teams to support the successful delivery of all our fit out and refurbishment programmes, working closely with dedicated Key Account Leads. Drawing on extensive experience within the industry, I’m able to ensure strategic reviews provide foresight and construction know how to mitigate against risk, ensure efficiencies and add value. Through shared learnings and application, I seek to drive continual improvement and innovation into our mode of operation.
